Playa Pacha, FIVE LUXE JBR’s latest beach and pool club, has quickly become the go-to spot at the beachfront destination. Culinary highlights
After a refreshing dip in the inviting pool, our appetites began to stir. To kickstart our adventure, we opted for the Tuna tataki. The yellowfin tuna was sliced beautifully, and the combination of mandarin, pickled onions, and ponzu added a refreshing touch. Next, the Popcorn Shrimp arrived, featuring tender, crispy shrimp complemented by a bright, citrusy yuzu ranch.
Intrigued by the menu’s further offerings, we decided to explore more. The spicy Popcorn chilli chicken, featuring fried chicken coated in Schezwan chilli glaze, added a fiery kick. For a lighter option, the Avocado dip was a delightful choice, with cassava, plantain, and corn tortilla chips offering a satisfying crunch, and the dip itself being creamy and flavoursome.
In addition, Playa Pacha lives up to its promise with a creative beverage menu featuring visually striking presentations and an array of concoctions, all crafted to perfection.
