The special Independence Day menu includes the ‘Tiranga kebab,’ a colourful platter featuring basil paneer tikka, malai chicken tikka, and narangi mahi tikka, symbolizing India’s unity in diversity. Guests can also savour the ‘Trio curry,’ a combination of mattar paneer, Kafali murgh, mutton stew, and paratha, capturing the essence of both conventional and contemporary flavours.
